A Metric Fuckload of Monkeys Off My Back

For some reason, my friends list exploded in the last 24 hours. Sorry y'all. I read it all, but my connection's too flaky to get back and leave snide comments. I'll call y'all as I get a chance. Meanwhile, was there a posse of out of towners around? were y'all going to philly at some point? would you have time for ice cream or coffee or something with a snowthling sometime between now and then?

Finally got paid and got to write off a few bills. Still don't really have money, but this being the last month at this house, I'm out of crisis mode. I would never have been in crisis mode if I hadn't been covering all the bills myself for so long...... grrrr. Um. Yeah. Not going to say anymore about that here, 'cause my momma taught me better than that.

Wrote letters to some of the nearest and dearest. Will have only clean dishes by the end of the night. Balanced checkbook (finally). Will get a decent night's sleep that hopefully won't make my jaw be in pain.

And, back at work, but it's not going too much better. Sigh. Maybe it's time for a new job. I just don't know anymore. Or at least time to publish my novel. Which I still have to write first.
